These Terms govern your use of DOKKA (“we,” “us,” “our”) at dokka.space and related services/apps.
1) Your account
You must provide accurate info, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
2) Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload, import, or create in DOKKA (documents, PDFs, notes, drafts). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content only to provide the service.
3) AI outputs and responsibility
AI features may produce incorrect, incomplete, or biased results. You are responsible for verifying outputs before publishing or relying on them.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Break the law, violate others’ rights, or upload unlawful content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
Use the service to infringe copyright or confidential information rights.
5) Third-party services (e.g., Aleph)
If you connect or import from third-party services/collections, those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content availability.
6) Subscription and payments (if applicable)
If paid plans exist, fees are billed as presented at purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7) Termination
You can stop using DOKKA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons.
8) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs are accurate.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOKKA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
10) Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-app or by email). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
