DOKKA (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an AI workspace that lets you search external collections (including Aleph), import documents, upload your own files, and use AI features to analyze and draft content.

1) What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, authentication details.

  • Content you provide: documents, PDFs, notes, drafts, and any text you paste into the workspace.

  • Usage data: basic analytics such as feature usage, device/browser info, and log data (e.g., IP address, timestamps).

  • Cookies: essential cookies for login/session; optional analytics cookies where applicable.

2) How we use data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the product (including importing and organizing documents).

  • Run AI features (e.g., comparing sources, extracting facts, structuring findings, drafting).

  • Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Communicate with you about the service (support, updates, billing if applicable).

3) AI processing

When you use AI features, your submitted content may be processed to generate outputs (summaries, comparisons, drafts). We do not claim ownership of your content. You control what you upload, import, or share.

4) Sharing and third parties

We share data only as needed to operate the service, for example with:

  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, databases).

  • AI providers (to generate outputs).

  • Integrations you enable (e.g., importing from third-party collections such as Aleph).
    We don’t sell your personal information.

5) Data retention

We keep account data and workspace content for as long as you maintain an account, and for a reasonable period after deletion as needed for backup, legal, or security purposes. You can request deletion.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

8) International transfers

If data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards where required.
